WECARRY is the reusable packaging system for baked goods in bakeries and supermarkets. It includes the distribution, logistics, cleaning, and digital monitoring of deposit bags. Each bag is made of 100% organic cotton, withstands over 50 washes, and is recyclable. RFID technology tracks the life cycle of every bag. WECARRY helps retailers achieve sustainability goals while cutting both packaging waste and costs. Over 100 bakeries in Germany already use the system, and expansion into general retail and promotional merchandise is currently in preparation.
WECARRY was looking for an ERP system that would accurately map its processes: invoicing and credit note issuance (including deposit functions), partner management, purchasing, and inventory management—all tailored to a purely circular business model. That is exactly what the team found in our Circular ERP. Thanks to the serialization of their textile products, the item recording process during servicing is as fast and precise as RFID scanning allows. This enables the team to track core cycles and transit times while automating deposit credit notes for their partners.
