New Loop is a deposit-based reusable system for takeaway packaging that covers the entire range from cups and containers to logistics, cleaning, and instant deposit refunds. New Loop also provides public infrastructure across several Danish cities for convenient everyday returns via reverse vending machines in public spaces, including comprehensive coverage throughout the city center of Denmark's capital, Copenhagen.
Our pool management platform Circular ERP forms the digital backbone of the system. Every container is tracked using its QR code at the point of sale, upon return, as well as at the washing line and in the warehouse. Inventory movements, returns, and washing partners are all recorded in a single system. This provides New Loop with a centralized overview of the cycle's efficiency.
